Patch to remove extraneous icon from toolbar.

I've simply removed the actionset definition from plugin.xml in *.ui.graphicalrun, since it is also defined in *.ui.graphing/plugin.xml.

This is a project level patch.

Revision 24943 should resolve this. A fix for this was present in a non-submitted patch.
