There are two copies of "org.eclipse.gmf.templates.legacy" plugin in gmf-sdk-2.3.0RC2.zip, one in jar format, another in expanded folder. One should be removed.

We need to know why org.eclipse.gmf.templates.legacy is not shipped as just a jar.
