When we create a Combo, CCombo, TabFolder/CTabFolder, it could be helpful to have a default item. 

<CCombo x:style="SWT.NONE">
    <CCombo.items>
    </CCombo.items>
</CCombo>

The xwt.palette has a content, but it is not really used.
