Currently I am not able to use Mylyn Team Repo categories without warnings about the access to non-API elements or risking using inconsistent strings (if I copy & paste them).

Thanks Wojtek. We are stuck with the current implementation that requires internals for 3.4 but we'll iterate over the categorization in 3.5 and revisit that.
