Our OSGi support only works on JPA 2.0 and in order to wire properly to Gemini bundles we need to use JPA 2.0.

We should change the javax.persistence dependency for our core bundle to use verion="1.1.0" - the spec-mandated version for JPA 2.0 and the string jpa="2.0" - an additional property indicated by the spec.

Made appropriate updates to manifest.  Tested by running gemini tests.
