Test Build:

Step to reproduce:

1. Use the report attached, this report include one parameter:"integer","list box",one value "123","Is Required"
2. Preview in web viewer

Expect result:
in parameter dialog,list box display: 123.00

Actual result:
in parameter dialog,list box display: blank
                                      Null value
                                      123.00
