1. Run ControlsWithAccessilbeNamesExample.
2. Turn on VoiceOver or launch Accessibility Inspector.
3. Move the VoiceOver cursor to the controls with overridden names.

Result:
The overridden title attribute is not being read out to the user. Compare to Carbon, where the overridden value for the title is announced.

If the Accessible provides a title or help add it to the property list.

SSQ and I discussed this, and we think it is important for 3.6.1, however we don't think it needs to go in to RC4 because we do not see any obvious place in Eclipse that currently uses this. Adding this support to Eclipse in more places will be one of the things we will focus on in 3.6.1.

Fixed in HEAD and 3.6 branch > 2010 06 28.
