1. Create a JavaScript project - on the first page of the project wizard set the root folder as "script".
2. Right-click on the "script" folder in Project explorer.

There is no option to create a JavaScript file.

The option is available on the project root, but that is not very helpful if I want to put the file in a specific location.

Menu option shows up correctly in 3.5.
