I was so disappointed not to be able to read about Advanced Javascript Editing with the JSDT

This was on RC2, Java Script IDE, windows 64 bit. 

I clicked a dozen other links with no issues (well, except for nearly all saying "in progress" :)

The fix to bug 315280 re-organizes the TOC + topics removing the "Advanced JavaScript Editing" root topic (causing the problem). Also the mentioned patch removes the "In Progress..." blurbs from the help pages.

marking this bug fixed.
