I have done a major update of the readme for 3.6:

- Replaced sections 1 & 2 with contents from the plan
- Updated section 6 with all the new ways to fail when sharing 3.6 and 3.5 workspaces
- Replaced appendix 1 with new contents
- Changed document type to xhtml (makes it easier to copy stuff from the plan which is xml)
- Various other edits and updates
