Build number:2.6.0.v20100527-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a library, add a style in default theme.
2. Insert a label in library and apply style to it.
3. New a report, drag label from library to layout, keep report themes as none.
4. Preview in web viewer and html

Expected result:
web viewer and html keep consistent style for label item

Actual result:
when drag to layout, label show theme style.
Web viewer show no style but html show theme style.

There is a wrong parameter passed when flattens the report design.
