Since If91a5d76da6e80a0d7ef7a723c8077210c5a9ce2 or Ie17241dcf9a3665f899c6a044fc84afd04ceadb1 it is not possible to push using a remote unless a Push URI exists in the remote, however the fetch URI's are usable when no push URI has been specified.

According to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=304182 this bug report covers that the origin repository should also be usuable in the push dialog.
