Add the following missing API methods in 3.7 M1:

SWT Drag and Drop/emulated (used by j2me and dojo/flex)
- Clipboard.clearContents
- Clipboard.clearContents(int)
- Clipboard.getAvailableTypes

wpf
- Composite.drawBackground
- Display.getAppName
- Display.getAppVersion
- Display.setAppVersion

This was fixed as part of the javadoc bash for 3.7 RC1.
