Open the new EJB project wizard, and using the keyboard, move the cursor to the runtime or the configuration combo, and using the keyboard again, change the value of the combo (use up arrow or down arrow keys). The project name control gets the focus

The reason the focus was shifting was because an explicit setFocus is called in the createProjectNameGroup. This method gets called whenever the facet combo selection is changed.
