These packages are also missing from the doc. There are four steps to follow to add a new package, see:

Supplementary fix

According to http://wiki.eclipse.org/How_to_add_things_to_the_Eclipse_doc

1) package.html are already added
2) topics_Reference.xml is already updated

3) reference/misc/overview-platform.html and 4) platformOptions.txt are addressed by this patch
