I am  having the problem with my Eclipse. 

Exception occurred executing command line. 
Cannot run program "C:\Java\jdk1.6.0_07\bin\javaw.exe" (in directory "C:\devi\Project"): CreateProcess error=87, The parameter is incorrect 

Did anyone get  solution for this one?

This bug report has insufficient information/steps/description. It's not clear what component of Eclipse you are reporting a problem against. Closing as invalid.

Is the only workaround for this problem shortening my classpath?!
Is this issue going to be fixed at somepoint?
do we know what's the acceptable max size?
The FAQ answer says "the program cannot be launched (at least under Windows)". Does it mean that under linux or mac it won't fail??

This is an OS (Windows, in this case) limitation - it's not something Eclipse can fix. I'm not sure if limits exist on other OS's.

Why is it that when I run a test from eclipse I get this error but when I run it from maven I don't?
It's all running under windows. Shouldn't it fail as well?

Can you attach your test case? or a sample that fails?
