Some "criteria" (WHERE clause) classes and methods need to be made public so that the criteria classes can be reused.

These classes are missing the "public" visibility modifier:
- CriteriaContentProvider
- CriteriaModifier

These methods in the CriteriaElement class should be made public:
- getColumn
- getOperator
- getValue
- getAndOr
