Analisys after changes made by Doug:

1. Only the lib name will be defined in the wizard and it will be a makefile attribute. When the user changes the value in the project properties, the makefile will be re-generated.

2. NDK location will be defined in the preferences. After the user changes it, the value will be update in the plugin preferences. Makefile generation is not necessary.
