for org.eclipse.platform/plugin.xml

I switch to the plugin.xml tab and his CTRL+L.  I want to go to line 136, it says there are only 18 lines available.

Sounds like it's showing you the line count of the MANIFEST.MF file...?

I'm pretty sure this was caused by bug 320735.
