When generating an Update Site from PDE tools with Eclipse 3.5.2 x86_64 version, the feature directory is not created. Just plugins directory with all its plugins.

Exactly the same projects imported in Eclipse 3.5.2 x86 version on same machine works fine.

I tested the same projects and its update site generation on 3.5.1 and 3.6RC1 x86_64 and always fail. I did the same tests on 3.5.1 and 3.6RC1 x86 and it works.

.log file is always empty. No errors, nothing is shown.

I will attach the configuration details.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Eclipse 3.5.2 x86_64 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits.
2. Create a feature project.
3. Create a plug-in project and include it in the feature project.
4. Create a Update Site project and add a category with the feature.
5. Build the site.

This is working for me on linux.x86_64.
Doe the features have filters on them?  Update site builds only for the current platform, so platform specific features/plugins that dont match won't show up.

Currently we are not actively enhancing PDE build anymore. Therefore, I close this bug as WONTFIX. 

Please reopen, if you plan to provide a fix.
