Steps
- New Workspace
- Create new Java Project 'Test'
- Right Click 'Test' -> Build Path -> Configure Build Path
- Libraries tab -> Click Add Library
- Press F1 in the Add Library dialog => duplicate link 'Search for Add Library' under 'More results'

I think this is because the dialog title and the dialog description are both 'Add Library'. I have not looked at the code, but this is what looks like from looking at other dialogs and wizards.

Maybe we can check that the links (dialog title and description) are duplicate before adding them?

I agree. This is not severe enough to justify release in RC3 but it would be an easy fix for 3.6.1.
