Yes.  I had just removed Chris and forgot to remove Eugene from the Stop Ship Template.  I've now removed Eugene from the template. 

As for http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/groups/PMC/pmc.php, I left Eugene there since he's still listed as the project lead of the monitoring project (even though he's not in the PMC).

I'll remove Eugene once the monitoring project had been officially archived.

Looks like we'll archive the Monitoring project with the rest of the TPTP projects.  So I'll just leave the page the way it is for now.
