3.6 RC2.

The bundle org.eclipse.pde.junit.runtime needs a better name: currently it says:
    PDE JUnit Plug-in Test
but it's not having the tests in there but rather the runtime:
==> PDE JUnit Runtime Support

I remember seeing this a while back and found it confusing.  Consider for RC3.

Simple fix, only affects the plug-in properties file.
