Update "Use Series Palette As Line Color" for Gantt Chart.

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100525-1629

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a Gantt Chart.
2. Go to Format Chart->Series->Value 

Expected result:
Update the text.

Actual result:
For the "line", it means "Bar" (see the screenshot).
