Build number:2.6.0.v20100525-1139

Steps to reproduce:
1. Preview attached report in html and excel, rounding mode and value is in left side label item
2. Excel and html output different value for some of them

Expected result:
output same value

Actual result:
Excel and html output different value for some of them

Excel does not accept roundingMode in its custom format.It use Round_Half_Up as default value.Set the resolution to wontfix.
