Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just post a non English description into Bugzilla
2. Open Task > New Task > Local
3. input this bug's url into url field.
4. press "Retrieve task description from url" button

I'm not able to reproduce this problem. Can you post an example bug URL?

Please try updating to the latest version of Eclipse and Mylyn. If the problem persists, please feel free to reopen and provide steps to reproduce.
