If I use the url http://q4e.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/updatesite-iam/, th installation complains that there is no repository. If I change the url to point to development: http://q4e.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/updatesite-dev/, then the installation complains: "MD5 hash is not as expected"

What is going on?

It definitely works here with 3.4 / 3.5 / 3.6
what version of eclipse do you use? are you behind a proxy, firewall, antivirus, etc that changes the files that go through?
