This patch adds the link for: pointing to the 4.7.0 documentation, the latest 4.7.0 Project Set Files, and the Getting Started documentation.

Note, the link to the Agent Controller getting started document on the RC4 driver download page (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/?buildId=TPTP-4.7.0-201006081927#agentController) is pointing to the TPTP 4.6.0 page and the TPTP 4.7.0 page is 404ed.

The RC4 driver page and other interim pages are no longer visible on the website. I have updated the template for future builds. The TPTP 4.7.0 page has the correct links.
