The SDK feature should include all other features which would allow users to install all of Mylyn through a single feature.

Fixed for RC2. I did not include org.eclipse.cdt.mylyn in the SDK feature since it adds a dependency on CDT that is not part of the Eclipse SDK and probably only relevant to very few consumers of the Mylyn SDK. If there is interest in including CDT in the SDK feature we can reconsider or create a separate Mylyn CDT SDK feature.
