Prototypeing a fix.

When run control operations are executed by implementations if IDebugCommandHandler which use DsfCommandRunnable, the errors returned from the service asynchronously, are lost.  Instead, the should be returned the IDebugCommandHandler caller so that an error dialog could be shown to the user.
