To make it easier to test customization and criteria we should create some extensions to define products which have customization properties set.

With this patch you can start an instance of Eclipse which has org.eclipse.ua.tests installed as follows:

-product org.eclipse.ua.tests.criteriaproduct when testing criteria
-product org.eclipse.ua.tests.testproduct when testing customization
