The Examples Source feature is the only feature that is not signed in RC1. Presumably soimething needs to be added to some signing queue.

Cedric has added MDT/OCL to the Modeling Discovery UI, so if we get the Examples rather than just the Core features into the staging area, users should be able to use it to install the Editors.

These two examples issues may stem from the same problem.
