It's close to impossible to install Acceleo right now (with a quite low server throughput (30Ko/sec) mainly because the doc plugins (GZ'ed) is more than 14MB !

It looks like the content is duplicated in the doc plugin and it might be better to externalize some parts (the android tutorial ? ) on the Eclipse website, don't you think ?

Furthermore the runtime feature includes the doc plugin which means even EEF is un-installable right now.
