Description Jean Couillaud CLA 2010-05-21 10:39:40 EDT
Build Identifier: I20100429-1549

I tried to get some plugins from the following site:
http://www.stateofflow.com/UpdateSite

If I uncheck "group items in category", I see 8 features.
if I check it, there is only one feature visible
Same behavior whatever is the state of the other checkboxes.

Reproducible: Always

Could you please try with a recent build (like RC1 or later today RC2). This is working for me.
Comment 2 Pascal Rapicault CLA 2010-05-21 11:27:13 EDT
please reopen if necessary.
Comment 3 Susan McCourt CLA 2010-05-21 12:04:44 EDT
i'd be surprised if this had been broken in the 20100429 build.
Is it possible the update site itself changed since you opened the bug?

Note that if one of the features were not categorized by the site, then one would expect it not to appear in the category, but it could still appear in the ungrouped view.

The repo contains multiple versions of the category IU:
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20090604232138'>   **
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20090626143520'>
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20090814212227'>
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20090814213136'>
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20091031205921'>
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20091031212946'>
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20091031214008'>
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20091031215150'>
<unit id='State of Flow' version='0.0.0.20091031215313'>

Only the first one (marked with ** above) contains all the 8 features, the remaining versions only contain 1 feature.

I can never remember what the UI does in this case.

Thanks for checking that.
The UI should handle this case, but we had a bug in the query being used that wasn't fixed until 20100510. So Pascal is right, try again with the RC1 build and things should be fine.

Ok, I confirm it works with RC1.
Thx
