Description:
The version of BIRT Charting Runtime Component & BIRT Reporting Runtime Component need to be updated from 2.5.0 to 2.6.0.

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100521-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a Dynamic Web Project.
2. Bring up the "Project Facets" dialogue.

Expected result:
Version should be 2.6.0.

Actual result:
Version is 2.5.0 (see the screenshot).

Error log:
N/A
