Control Panel->Accessibility Options->Display, tick "Use High Contrast" and click "Settings", select "High Contrast White (large)" and click "OK". 2. New a report and insert a label 3. Select the label, check Properties->Padding/Margin Actual result: Items are not shown completely. See the acreenshot.
