Description

e4 won't be able to move up to a later EMF until the plugins that consume org.eclipse.emf.common.ui are re-tagged. PW We'll be re-tagging most/all features and bundles in the RC2 build to adopt the updated match rule for dependency versions, as provided by Buckminster in response to bug 313559. That should do it. PW I moved up to an RC1 basebuilder and was able to pick up RC1. The emf-xsd-Update-2.6.0RC1.zip repo is fine, but if the p2 requests aren't narrowed they can go to the updates site, which is the repo that's actually broken. PW It looks like a side effect of this is updating from the RC1 version of http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios installs the M7 version of EMF The repo contains releases/helios/201005210900/aggregate/plugins/org.eclipse.emf.common.ui_2.6.0.v20100511-1645.jar but after my install my plugins directory contains org.eclipse.emf.common.ui_2.5.0.v20100503-1209.jar PW The RC2 build, in which the qualifiers for all features/bundles have been up-versioned, is now available. Closing all fixed releng bugs. |
