Papyrus needs some widgets to display information to users:
a popup, the user shall have popups with the same look and feel
	=> the popup is a widget "synchrnonous" this means the user shall answer directly after the notification
the asynchronous popup, this widget displays information to the user temporary
the asynchrnous notification. Papyrus shall provide a view containing messages (not log) to users. This view can provide actions accessible by buttons.

To make easy the call of these widgets a notification builder is necesary. This framework will allow the developer to express the "what" and not the "how"

I close the bug. It is too old with no information to know if the backport has been done or not.
