We want to move the ANTLR generator related code we currently maintain at sourceforge to eclipse.org.
In order to comply with Eclipse's IP policy we need to get rid of compile time dependencies to the ANTLR generator (i.e. invoke it reflectivly).
Also we want the ANTLR generator fragments to ask to download the non approved ANTLR generator library and then use/invoke it by using an URLClassloader. The user will be asked via command line (System.in) in the workflow process and will have to use the packrat parser if downloading ANTLR is not permitted.
