it should; it's in the list of syntax-highlighted apis and is in command completion/content assist

Probably because upc_wait is a statement, not a function call?

Probably the same is true of upc_notify, upc_barrier, upc_fence.

Leaving this open; consider "finding" these as artifacts too.
