Even if the language setting is set to recognize .c files as upc files, upc artifacts are not found in .c files.

Possibly this is hardcoded to expect .upc as extension.

See RunAnalyseUPCcommandHandler.validForAnalysis()
seems explicitly not recognizing .c files
need to be able to test the language mapping settings,
or else just analyse everything
