Use the workbench demo
* display view action in "View III"
* open an editor
* maximize the editor

The viewactions from one stack "fly" above the maximized editor. They should be hidden once the editor is maximized

Fix

Patch hides all toolbars if an part is maximized except of it's own toolbar.
