Currently, the toggle view actions have a 3d border. I'd sugest to use the same "flat" style as we use with all the other toolitems in the view toolbar.

Looks like meanwhile this issue has been fixed. Tested with Workbench Demo - the "Filter..." view action has a "flat" style.
