When the editor background is set to a dark color, the I-beam mouse pointer is very difficult to see because the I-beam mouse pointer color used by Eclipse is also dark.

Eclipse should do one of the following in this scenario:
1. Set the I-beam to a light color when it detects that the editor background is dark
2. Allow the user to configure the I-beam mouse pointer color

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Eclipse preferences and set the Background color on the Text Editors pane to a dark color (black or dark blue).
2. Open a text file inside Eclipse.
3. Move the mouse pointer over the text editor. The pointer will change the I-beam. Notice that the I-beam is difficult to see. This is especially true when the I-beam is positioned over text that uses a light color.

Changed version to 3.5.2. I also tested this on Version: 3.6.0
Build id: I20100513-1500 and problem occurs there as well.
