Due to the fix of bug 308830, an incorrect tooltip key has been introduced in the src/org/eclipse/mylyn/internal/tasks/ui/actions/messages.properties file (it logs warnings in the Error Log). It could be easily fixed by changing the key and its value :
"CopyCommenterNameAction_Copy_User_Name_TooltipCopy=User Name of Comment Author to Clipboard" should be "CopyCommenterNameAction_Copy_User_Name_Tooltip=Copy User Name of Comment Author to Clipboard"
