The Maven based jSLP build currently consumes test dependencies from http://ecf2.osuosl.org. This should be replaced by a Maven repo that holds 
a) an older version of jSLP (ch.ethz.iks.slp_1.1.0.v20090227-1900.jar)
b) ant optional (org.eclipse.ant.optional.junit_3.2.200.jar)
