The report item is not in the correct position in Layout when there is a large margin.

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100519-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a text and go to Property Editor->Padding and Property Editor->Margin.
2. Set top margin to 1000000000 exs.

Expected result:
The text is in the correct position.

Actual result:
See the screenshot.
