Issue:

I cannot open UML editor. Error occurs when trying opening a uml file.

Steps for reproducing:

2.	Select the Resource perspective and press the OK button.
3.	Select the File > New > Project... menu item.
4.	Select the Project wizard from the General category and press the Next > button.
5.	Enter "TVT4" for the Project name and press the Finish button.
6.	Select the TVT4 project in the Navigator view and select the File > New > File menu item.
7.	Enter "TVT4.txt" for the File name and press the Finish button.
8.         Copy and paste the following text into the TVT4.txt editor
9.	Select the File > Save As... menu item.
10.	Enter "TVT4.uml" for the File name and press the OK button.
11.	Select the File > Close All menu item.
12.	Select the TVT4.uml file in the Navigator view, right-click, and select the Open With > UML Model Editor option from the context menu.

There is a bug in the current version of UML2 that prevents any UML file from being opened. I have tested this on a new workspace in English, and the same error occurs. I am attaching my workspace .log file that is created when trying to open a UML file.

I managed to open uml files already. However, you should look at this issue to prevent occurence in the future.

As we have a temp solution for opening UML now, We have documented this issue in bugzilla. Defer and evaluate fix in future release.
