"Hyperlink text color" and "Active Hyperlink text color" should be swapped. They are currently hardcoded in /org.eclipse.ui/plugin.xml to COLOR_DARK_BLUE and COLOR_BLUE, but the default color of links in IE 8 and Firefox is (0,0,128), which is COLOR_BLUE.

Eventually, these should use use the API from bug 181592, but for now (3.7), we should just set better defaults.
