Description Steve Powell CLA 2010-05-17 13:02:23 EDT
Cannot run my ant scripts on 1.7.0 -- I need 1.7.1 (I use erroronmissingdir in fileset, which defaults differently in 1.7.1).

Cuerrently the default `Ant version on build2 is 1.7.0, and when I select Ant 1.7.1 in the job configuration I get:

FATAL: Cannot find executable from the choosen Ant installation "apache-ant-1.7.1"

Please upgrade versions of Ant on the slave build2 -- thank you.

I thought Denis put other ant versions /shared/common?

You can choose the version of Ant that you want your job to use, by configuring the job to use a specific version.

The slaves and master have the following configurations available:

default - use whatever is available on the specific machine.
apache-ant-1.7.1 - Apache Ant 1.7.1
apache-ant-1.7.0 - Apache Ant 1.7.0
apache-ant-1.6.5 - Apache Ant 1.6.5

From my original bug description:

. Currently the default `Ant version on build2 is 1.7.0, and when I select Ant
. 1.7.1 in the job configuration I get:

So, this is why I raised the bug -- I can select Ant 1.7.1 but it fails with the error message:

FATAL: Cannot find executable from the choosen Ant installation "apache-ant-1.7.1"

(There is also a speeling error in this message, but hey, that's another bug.)

It appears to be working now. Thanks -- whoever fixed it. It might be nice to put a note here when you do, so that I don't have to poll the system to re-enable my jobs.

Apparently fixed with no comment here.
